Alumni Spotlighted in Catholic Schools Week Feature

New Senior Award Aims to Increase Participation

At this year’s senior banquet the athletic department introduced a new award to be given out annually to a select group of graduating seniors.  The new accolade has been named the Iron Monarch Award and will be given to any senior who played 12 sports consecutively through out their high school career at Cabrini, meaning

Cheer Team Finishes 2nd Place at CHSL Championship

The Monarch Competitive Cheer team scored their highest 3 round score in school history in route to a runner up finish of the Bishop Division at this past weekend’s Catholic League Championship.  Cabrini started well with a 212.20 score in round 1 and only 3 points back from first.  Round 2 the Monarchs scored 182.60

Competitive Cheer Finishes 2nd

Cabrini competitive cheer gave a strong performance in their first competition at Oxford High School. The team opened with a solid round one achieving a score of 197.4. Their round two performance was equally as strong earning them a score of 159.9 which is one of the program’s highest round two scores in school history.

Winter Sports Parent Meeting

There is a mandatory parent meeting this Thursday (Nov 19) night at 7:00 pm for parents of high school athletes playing a winter sport.  The meeting will take place in the high school cafeteria.  After the general session the coaches will meet with their respective team’s parents.
