Girls Varsity Bowling · Girls Bowling Wins 7th League Title in a Row!

The Monarchs completed their CHSL West League season against an up and coming Everest Collegiate team.

The Lady Monarch took the first Baker game with a solid 140 to 80 victory. A couple of bad breaks had the Monarchs come up just short in game two (122-128).

The first team game was back and forth until the Monarchs pulled away from the 8th frame on to record a 592 to 543 victory. Senior Haley Stecki-Jacek led the way with a 141 game. Fellow Seniors Paige Harding and Hannah Stecki-Jacek pitched in with 126 and 123 respectively. Emily Chesney out bowled her opponent in the final frames to record an 8 pin victory.

A solid 2nd team game helped us record a 652 to 496 victory with all individual matches won. Paige led the way with a 156, Haley was also solid with a 133, Freshman Katelyn Drazba contributed a 129 in the victory. Senior Kileyah Cook and Hannah also got victories.

The team finished the season with 6 wins and were undefeated League Champions. This was the Ladies second consecutive undefeated season and 7th consecutive League Title.

The Monarchs now look to the post season tournaments to continue their successful season.

Next up is the Catholic League Championship on February 17th at Oak Lanes in Westland.
